Pictures from the Underwater World (SG)

Panning! Under the low light.

I don't know what the hell this was, which was shot using Macro technique.

Can you see the ketam? Cannot? Then you must be anak luar nikah :p hehehe.

Nemo nemo! So cute. After that Finding Nemo cartoon, I think Nemo is more to be found all over the coral nowadays. Other wise we would never notice of their existance.

The Jellyfish, and remember, Nemo are immune of these magical transparent creatures.

(More to come)

Polarizer.

These two shots were taken with and without polariser. Pardon the sharpness as it was really hard to keep up with the speed pace of those red ants!

This shot, which was taken without the polarizer has obviously captured the reflection of the lights on that wooden plank. I was facing the light and the color was as eaxctly as how it is supposed to be, boring and dull.

Same shot, taken with a Circular Polarizer on. The reflection of the light on the wooden plank has been eliminated, even not completely. The color has been more vivid and nicer.

Wondering why the butt are sharper than the head?

Yeah I like the butt more than the head :p..

My bad.. my bad...

Macro + Sillhouette (Gunung Panti)

I went to Gunung Panti, Kota Tinggi last Thursday for an assignment with the Forest Department. They took me into the jungle and surprisingly, inside the jungle, they plant with Oil Palm. Very the Magic.

I was supposed to capture the scenery of Gunung Panti. As I end up going into the jungle with them, time to bend and shoot!

Anyway, I tried a few things inside, especially macro. But this time, it's kind of more challenging as it was very rainy and windy. I tried my very best to capture them as they were like waving to me,

"Snap me if you can...!"

I have no idea what the hell was this fruit named. This is among 10-12 unsuccessful shots.

In a very low light, I found the same thing I found during my last visit to Gunung Panti. The wind was blowing from left and right and too bad, this is the best shot i can get. Looks like a bunch of fruits eh. hehe.

I took out the last visit's shot just to add on this entry. I've edited the JPEG file using the Camera Raw facility in CS3 to produce a better rendition of the colors. Looks much better isn't it?

This is a spider web. Taken direct to the sky light unabling me to capture the web. A slight tilt to the leaves of the trees enabled me to snap the prey on the web nicely!

Seamen Lifestyle

This is like a small port where we put all the boats there. These boats is used to take out the mangrove forest product out. I like the reflections.

This is Lis. I myself surprised when I first got his number, i thought he's a girl. It took me days to call him because I'm shy. Hahaha. He's actually my partner.

So he took me and BOY, the boy beside him to the sea; to the kelong. I'm not so sure if they call the place where they breed and grew fishes kelong (cay-long) also.

This is Amat, the kelong keeper.

Flowerlah...!

Words = Convergence
Pictures = Divergence

Why? Words may lead you to one conclusion based on the explanation but maybe more.

Pictures? It depends on your interpretation and retlanslation. How do I?

This purplish flower is so nice. Wait a while, it looks explicitly disturbing.

;iso-100, F/6.3, 1/125s, 200mm

Is this a flower? No it's just a bunch of leaves waving hello...!

;iso-100, F/5.6, 1/250s, 144mm, Aperture Priority

Whitish smiling flowers like the cute exotic girls welcoming you to the nice resort they are working in.

;iso-400, F/6.3, 1/100s, 200mm

Very experimental picture of flowers which looks like baby bird crying for food.
